Step 1: Download and Run Cucusoft iPad Converter Suite
Download and install Cucusoft iPad Converter suite. After the download is finished, run the file and follow the Installation Wizard instructions. Launch Cucusoft iPad Converter Suite and select iPad Video Converter. See below:

Step 2: Select AVI Video Files You want to Convert
Click "Open File" button on the toolbar, select AVI video files you want to convert in the dialog box that opens, and add them to the file list.

Step 3: Select Output Format and Folder
Open Profile drop-down list, then select an output format for selected files. Here, I suggest you choose iPad H.264 Movie (.mp4) , which offers better video & audio quality than iPad MPEG-4(.mp4). Anyway, the file size will a little bit larger. Click Output button to choose the output folder.

Step 4: Start AVI to iPad Conversion
After finishing the above settings, click Convert button to start converting the files. You can view the conversion progress from the progress bar at the bottom of the window.
